George F. Young, Inc. seeks a Survey CAD Technician in Florida to draft parcels and survey features using AutoCAD Civil 3D. You will prepare detailed drawings, maps, and related deliverables under the project surveyor's direction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and understand maps, legal descriptions, deeds and construction plans.
• Three+ years of survey drafting experience and familiarity with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Must be familiar with AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Draft parcels or subdivision boundaries from legal descriptions using CAD.
• Maintain proficient use of AutoCAD and related software to produce survey drawings and maps.
• Draft detailed drawings of structures such as roads, culverts, and drainage facilities.
• Assist in analysis of reports, maps, drawings and photographs to plan and design projects.
• Prepare survey products and adhere to AutoCAD standards.
