InNovo Partners seeks an experienced Project Manager with a Florida PE license to lead FDOT transportation projects. The role emphasizes coordinating multidisciplinary teams, ensuring design production, and maintaining schedules and quality control.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years post-registration experience and 4+ years managing FDOT projects, with strong knowledge of the FDOT Design Manual and ERC workflow. Orlando-based, on-site role with comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Florida PE with at least five years post-registration experience.
• Minimum four years FDOT project management experience on transportation projects.
• Knowledge of FDOT Design Manual, standards, and production processes.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams and with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide project management and technical oversight for FDOT transportation design projects.
• Coordinate with FDOT staff, design consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review plans, schedules, and technical docs for FDOT compliance.
• Conduct field reviews and participate in coordination meetings.
• Monitor schedules and deliverables; track design review comments in ERC.
• Use Primavera for scheduling and ensure QA/QC throughout development.
