Job summary

IntelliPro is seeking an Account Manager for the Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) program. The onsite role covers Seattle/NY with a pay rate of 50 USD per hour, focusing on managing a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and driving inventory planning and product optimization.

You will analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and lead improvements through monthly and quarterly business reviews.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, e-commerce marketplace or supply chain & logistics.
• Strong Excel skills; comfortable with BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of merchants enrolled in FBT and act as their primary operational point of contact for the FBT program.
• Partner with merchants on inventory planning and product optimization to maximize FBT usage.
• Analyze merchant performance, identify growth opportunities, and execute improvement plans via monthly & quarterly business reviews
