Job summary

Family Services of the Merrimack Valley is hiring a Fatherhood Engagement Specialist. This full-time position will focus on providing support to fathers and families, conducting assessments, and facilitating programs that promote father involvement.

The role includes community outreach, mentoring, and collaboration with various systems to strengthen family stability, as well as opportunities for professional development. Ideal candidates will have a background in Human Services or related fields and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Ability to work 2 evenings per week and 1 Saturday per month.
• Demonstrated cultural humility and ability to engage diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to fathers and families experiencing challenges.
• Assist with community outreach and recruitment activities.
• Conduct assessments and provide individualized supportive services.
