Job summary

The Commonwealth of Massachusetts is seeking a Fatherhood Initiative Implementation Specialist within the Department of Early Education and Care to drive fatherhood and co-parenting initiatives across the state. You will implement evidence-based programming, coordinate with partner agencies, and help build capacity for high-quality family services.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-time or equivalent experience in program management or public administration.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration/public administration may substitute up to two years of experience.
• Graduate degree in these fields may substitute for required experience.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in other majors may substitute for up to one year of required experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates on RFR evaluation teams and assists in evaluating vendor proposals.
• Delivers technical assistance, coaching and implementation support to organizations.
• Coordinate onboarding for new funded organizations and support workplans.
• Monitor and document program implementation and TA activities.
• Support budget tracking, vendor coordination, invoices, and contracts.
• Facilitate meetings/events and track attendance and outcomes.
• Foster partnerships to strengthen father engagement and community connections.
• Prepare annual reports with attendance data, summaries, and recommendations.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration/public administration

Graduate degree in business administration/public administration
