Supply Technologies is seeking an Account Administrator to join our Dayton, OH team. You will handle quotations, process orders, and support customers with timely, accurate information to drive satisfaction.

In this role you will coordinate with Purchasing and Quality to identify requirements, provide technical details, and maintain thorough documentation while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• Fastener industry experience required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support Agent, or similar role in a sales environment.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer quotations and/or inquiries.
• Process customer orders.
• Process customer credit memos.
• Expedite customer order.
• Identify customer requirements to the Purchasing and Quality Departments.
• Provide technical information to customers.
• Originate customer complaint form.
• Provide the customer with proof of delivery when required.
• Maintain customer drawing files in Sales office.
