You'll coordinate deliveries, handle inquiries, and use CRM/phone systems daily. The job blends sales, warehouse tasks, and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work.
• Ability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative duties as needed.
• Strong sales skills including upselling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales associates to determine best products and solutions for customers.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls, address questions, and resolve concerns.
• Use CRM system and phone system effectively.
• Be prepared to train and work in the warehouse, yard, and at the sales counter.
