Abnormal AI, Inc. is seeking a Professional Services Consultant for the Self-Serve team on the West Coast.

You will manage a large portfolio of self-serve deployments, guiding customers to activate products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, with a rapid 12-day value target and templated, largely asynchronous communications. The role requires deep SaaS experience, strong technical analysis, and the ability to juggle multiple deployments while maintaining high CSAT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting.
• Experience deploying SaaS across cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong ability to manage high-volume deployments and fast deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Drive fast time-to-value at scale for self-serve deployments.
• Manage go-live intake, activation, and follow-up through structured communication and self-service guides.
• Monitor deployment health daily and triage deployments across a high-volume book.
• Troubleshoot blockers using runbooks and escalate to seniors when needed.
• Guide customers to activate all purchased products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Proactively manage risk to keep deployments moving.
• Coordinate with account teams on status, risks and next steps.
• Uphold quality standards and CSAT in professional services.
