Job summary

Abnormal AI is seeking a Professional Services Consultant to join our Self-Serve Professional Services team. You will manage a large, fast-moving portfolio of deployments, guiding customers through activation and value realization across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

The role emphasizes rapid time-to-value, asynchronous delivery, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain deployment momentum and high CSAT in a high-growth cybersecurity SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Curious about customer needs and able to prioritize with transparency.
• Experience deploying and managing SaaS across a large portfolio, including Azure & Google Cloud.
• Understanding of networking, security protocols, and email security concepts (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose deployment issues and communicate steps clearly.
• Proven ability to manage a high-turnover volume of deployments and meet fast deadlines.
• Experience using AI tools to template repeatable work.
• 2+ years in technical support or Professional Services consulting for cybersecurity SaaS.

Responsibilities

• Drive fast time-to-value at scale for a large, high-turnover self-serve deployment portfolio.
• Route go-live intake, activation, and follow-up via structured, templated communication and self-service enablement.
• Monitor deployment health daily and triage to prioritize accounts needing attention.
• Troubleshoot blockers using internal runbooks and escalate complex cases with clear context.
• Guide customers to activate all purchased products across Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
• Proactively identify blockers and coverage gaps to keep deployments moving.
• Collaborate cross-functionally and keep account teams aligned on status and risks.
• Uphold quality standards and contribute to CSAT programs.
