Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track. You will learn Walgreens’ operations, lead one-box front-end and pharmacy activities, and complete rotations across stores as outlined in the learning plan.

Under supervision of the Store Manager, you will shadow, assist, and practice opening/closing shifts, inventory oversight, customer service, and compliance with standard operating procedures. You may pursue pharmacy registrations and certifications as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in retail management or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years retail management experience (or 5 years with a HS diploma)
• Strong English communication and leadership skills.

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead one-box store operations.
• Shadow Store Manager to supervise front-end and pharmacy operations.
