Job summary

Wallis Companies is seeking Fast Track Managers to learn and lead the operation of a single C-Store location. You will assist the Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations, develop employees, and ensure top customer service. The role involves a 50-hour work week and weekly pay.

Responsibilities cover financial awareness, asset protection, staff development, and safety compliance, with an emphasis on meeting sales, margins and operational standards.

Qualifications

• High school equivalency required.
• 1–3 years of retail experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English effectively.
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly and some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily store operations and support Store/Assistant Manager.
• Deliver superior customer service and uphold service standards.
• Protect company assets and manage inventory and cash handling accurately.
• Develop and train store staff; ensure safety and compliance.
