Job summary

Qualifications

• Equivalent to High school is required.
• Over 1 year up to 3 years of retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English proficiently.
• Ability to use computer systems and basic software for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift to maximize staff productivity and store performance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention policies.
• Understand sales per labor hour and adhere to shift hours.
• Post hours, manage scheduling, and cover shifts when needed.
• Develop employees and coach on store procedures and customer service guidelines.
• Assist in inventory counts and daily reporting to ensure accuracy.
