Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English well.
• Education as listed: high school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year convenience store experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations and supervise staff in Manager's absence.
• Lead training and development for associates; ensure proper certifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and store procedures.
• Deliver strong customer service and uphold company SOPs.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll and labor management.
