Dirt Cheap is seeking a Fast Track Assistant Store Manager to train with the C-Store management team and learn to run a single-unit operation efficiently and profitably. You will assist the Manager and Assistant Manager daily, develop staff, and uphold top customer service standards. The role typically involves working about 50 hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• Equivalent to high school education is required.
• Retail experience of 1+ year up to 3 years.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

• Maintain asset protection and follow deposit/paperwork procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and train team members on store procedures.
• Communicate store results and coordinate with managers and HR as needed.
• Assist in hiring, scheduling, and managing inventory and merchandising.
