GNC is launching a Store Manager in Training (SMIT) program designed to fast-track individuals to store leadership. Under supervision, you will learn to manage daily store operations, drive for results, and develop and lead a team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The program emphasizes live-well brand values and customer-centric service, with opportunities for progression based on performance, availability, and demonstrated leadership across locations.

Oversee daily store operations, including business performance and product management.
Promote the GNC Live Well brand and drive for sales and outcomes.
Selection for the SMIT position does not guarantee promotion into a Store Manager position; performance will be assessed after 90 days.
