Job summary

Dirt Cheap is seeking a Fast Track Assistant Store Manager to support the management team in running a single-unit operation. You will train with the C-Store management team and help develop employees while ensuring outstanding customer service.

The role requires working about 50 hours per week and may include evenings and weekends. You will assist in daily operations, learn inventory controls, and support in achieving store sales and profitability targets.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to High school is required.
• Over 1 year up to and including 3 years retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English sufficiently for communication.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift to maximize staff productivity.
• Protect company assets by following asset control policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example.
• Work irregular schedule including evenings and weekends.
