Qualifications

• Equivalent to High school
• Over 1 year up to and including 3 years retail experience
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift to maximize productivity of staff and self
• Follow asset control policies to protect company assets
• Understand sales per labor hour and observe shift hours
• Work irregular schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Complete deposits and paperwork timely
• Perform inventory counts and assist in merchandising
• Assist in managing daily store operations and training
