Job summary

Dirt Cheap is seeking a Fast Track Assistant Store Manager. Training with a C-Store management team, you will learn to operate a single-unit store efficiently while assisting the Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations and staff development.

The role typically involves a 50-hour workweek and weekly pay. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to High School education.
• Over 1 year up to 3 years retail experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to use own judgment in analysis of facts and transactions.
• Ability to work irregular schedule, including 45+ hours per week and some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift to maximize productivity.
• Protect company assets by following asset control policies.
• Understand sales per labor hour and manage hours.
• Post hours worked accurately and cover shifts as needed.
• Complete deposits and paperwork in a timely manner.
• Perform inventory counts and assist in inventory management.
• Ensure professional customer service and communicate store results.
