Job summary

Dirt Cheap is seeking a Fast Track Assistant Store Manager to train with a C-Store management team and learn to run a single-unit operation efficiently and profitably.

The role supports the Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations, employee development, and delivering outstanding customer service. Expect a 50-hour work week and weekly pay as part of our fast-track program.

Qualifications

• Education: Equivalent to High school.
• Experience: Over 1 year up to and including 3 years retail experience.
• Language Skills: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English well.
• Skills and Abilities: Ability to use procedures and apply standard practices with some judgement.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift to maximize productivity and protect assets.
• Communicate store results to employees and manage shift changes.
• Provide superior customer service and lead by example.
• Assist in developing and coaching employees on store procedures.
