Dirt Cheap, operated by Wallis Companies, is seeking a Fast Track Assistant Store Manager in Missouri to train with the C-Store management team and learn to run a single-unit operation efficiently. The role involves assisting the manager, developing employees, and upholding top customer service standards while working an average of 50 hours per week.

You will contribute to daily operations, manage shift coverage, and support training to ensure profitability and smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Scheduling: Ability to work irregular hours including evenings and weekends.
• Policies: Familiarity with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct the shift to maximize staff productivity and ensure customer service standards.
• Protect company assets by following asset control policies and maintaining proper paperwork.
• Post hours worked accurately and manage deposits and scheduling as required.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations and inventory management.
• Lead by example, coach employees, and deliver outstanding customer service.
