Jiffy Lube International in Austin, TX is seeking a Manager in Training to develop store leadership and oversee day-to-day operations. You will train teammates, supervise performance, manage attendance policies, and participate in safety and policy meetings to keep the store running smoothly.

The role offers a clear path to store management, with a focus on coaching, scheduling, inventory control, guest satisfaction, and achieving profitable store results through hands-on leadership and team

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Effective communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory/cash controls, and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate schedules ensuring proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
