Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position and transfer within the hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations and lead full store operations including front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and assist in daily store leadership during the learning journey.
• Complete accelerated program and certifications needed for Store Manager role.
• Engage customers, resolve service issues, and support performance metrics in store and pharmacy.
• Learns SOPs across front-end and pharmacy and uses store systems effectively.
