The Sherwin-Williams Company is launching a Management & Sales Training Program in Madison, Wisconsin, an accelerated, entry-level path to Store Management within 18‑24 months. You will rotate with store leadership, aiming for an Assistant Store Manager role after training, while learning operations and sales to large commercial customers.

The program emphasizes leadership, customer service, and strategic growth, with a 44-hour weekly schedule that may include evenings/weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of the program.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Complete training aligned with the program.
• Support strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through service.
• Build product knowledge for effective recommendations.
• Develop relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Assist in store administration and policy compliance.
• Participate in outside sales calls to grow market share.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and leadership for growth.
