Total Quality Logistics’s Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati trains high-potential graduates to become successful Logistics Account Executives. The program offers hands-on coaching, real responsibility early in the career, and a clear path to leadership as you build a book of business and qualify for commissions.

You’ll relocate to Cincinnati for training with a comprehensive relocation package, housing allowance and a $2,500 sign-on bonus to get started.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
