Qualifications

• Customer service, sales experience preferred.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person.
• Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound conversations with customers.
• Ask follow-up questions and guide decisions, including financial conversations.
• Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no.
• Provide excellent service in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
