Job summary

Alabama Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing sales associate to guide customers through financial solutions and decisions.

You will handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers move toward a purchase while navigating objections. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work 40 hours per week (including Saturdays), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with coaching and feedback.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
• Reliable form of transportation and valid Driver’s License.
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through financial conversations and decisions.
• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations and ask follow-up questions.
• Overcome objections and stay engaged in conversations even when faced with rejection.
• Provide a positive customer experience and accurately document interactions.
