Job summary

Alabama Title Loans, Inc. is seeking a customer-facing sales associate to guide customers through financial solutions and help them make informed decisions. You will manage inbound and outbound calls, ask follow-up questions, and stay motivated in a fast-paced, coaching-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to learn quickly. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus; 40 hours per week including Saturdays are

Qualifications

• Customer service, sales, or collections experience
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and in person
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screenings
• Reliable form of personal transportation and valid Driver’s License
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities
