Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week, including Saturdays
• Fluent in English and Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Customer-facing, performance-driven role working directly with customers to understand needs and guide them through financial solutions.
• Handle both inbound and outbound conversations, ask follow-up questions, and help customers make decisions—including conversations about money.
• Stay positive and engaged, even when customers hesitate or say no, and apply feedback to improve performance.
