Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Operations-related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering).
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0.
• Prior internship or co-op experience in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, leadership potential, and collaboration.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Execute rotational assignments across operations functions and procurement-supply chain.
• Achieve performance goals within schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Engage in training and leadership development programs including certifications.
• Apply analytical skills to address operational challenges and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
• Participate in regular performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring sessions.
• Contribute to Watermark volunteer initiatives and community engagement.
