Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is seeking a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

You will gain hands‑on exposure to sales, CRM, fleet logistics, and daily operations while developing leadership and coaching abilities for future management roles within Hertz.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong computer and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to grow.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands‑on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control; assist with store operations and compliance.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion; understand reporting, documentation, and business metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow and support management; build skills in team leadership, scheduling, and performance coaching; prepare for future leadership roles.
