Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. The starting wage for this position is $17.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support achievement of location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: gain hands-on experience in fleet logistics and inventory control.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: support team with vehicle preparation, lot management, and customer service assistance.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion, understand reporting and metrics.
• Leadership Development: shadow management, develop scheduling and coaching skills, and prepare for leadership roles.
