Hertz Local Edition (HLE) is hiring a Manager Trainee to support location performance, develop leadership skills, and prepare for promotion to Branch Manager in 12–18 months. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn all aspects of our business.

The starting wage for this position is $39,520.00 per year or $19.00 per hour, with opportunities to grow and contribute to the company's success.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and solid communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Service: support location sales goals and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Operations & Fleet Management: assist with fleet logistics, inventory control and store operations.
• Vehicle and Facility Care: assist with cleaning, lot management and customer service tasks.
• Finance & Administration: learn finance processes and support deal completion.
• Leadership Development: shadow management, build team leadership and scheduling skills.
