The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking candidates for its Management & Sales Training Program in Schaumburg, IL. This accelerated, entry-level role prepares you for a Store Management position in 18–24 months, with an opportunity to advance to Assistant Store Manager after the initial eight weeks of training.

The typical schedule is 44 hours per week, with potential evenings and weekends. You will lead and learn every aspect of a high-volume store, selling to large commercial users and driving

Formación

• Bachelor's degree by start of the program.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have Meets Expectations rating.

Responsabilidades

• Complete training consistent with the established program.
• Support business strategies to increase sales and profitability.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Build and maintain knowledge of all products for effective recommendations.
• Build positive relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Complete store administration and maintain merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, loss prevention and security policies.
• Assist with employee training, development, and performance management.
• Respond to and resolve customer and employee inquiries and complaints.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
