Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level position designed to prepare you for a Store Management role in 18-24 months in Mishawaka, IN. You will gain leadership experience and progress toward an Assistant Store Manager upon successful completion of the initial 8-week training.

During the program, you will drive a million-dollar store operation, learning all aspects of the business and developing the skills to serve large commercial customers.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
• Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Candidates should demonstrate leadership potential and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support store management to oversee a million-dollar business.
• Learn operations, clients, and internal strategy across store functions.
• Develop capabilities in customer service, sales, marketing, finance and operations.
• Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls to increase market share.
• Complete training and participate in objective development discussions.
