Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Cincinnati is seeking high-energy sales entrants for its Fast Track Sales Program. You receive six months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives and will relocate to Cincinnati with housing support, then later relocate again to a nationwide office network.

Expect a base and uncapped commissions with six-figure potential as you grow your book. Bachelor's degree required; veterans encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and establish relationships to close new customers.
• Meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers to optimize margins.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
• Collaborate with team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely updates.
