Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help account executives solve customer needs and locate carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics.
• Become eligible for commission based on performance.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices.
