Job summary
Total Quality Logistics (TQL) in Cincinnati offers the Fast Track Sales Program, an in-office, hands-on track designed for high-potential graduates to build a sales book and advance quickly. Trainees receive six months of coaching from experienced Logistics Account Executives and move toward leadership roles across TQL’s 65+ offices.
Expect relocation to Cincinnati with a housing allowance and a $2,500 sign-on bonus, along with base salary plus uncapped commission.

Responsibilities
- Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives
- Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations
- Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions
- Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling
- Build your book
- Use your training to meet sales metrics and become eligible for commission
- Establish relationships to close new customers
- Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
- Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
