Total Quality Logistics (TQL) is launching its Fast Track Sales Program—designed for high-potential individuals who want to move faster and earn more than the traditional entry‑level path. You’ll relocate to Cincinnati to train with top brokers, receive comprehensive coaching and real responsibilities early in your career, including a relocation package, housing allowance and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and match carriers for time-sensitive freight.
• Manage daily operations and participate in hands‑on and virtual training.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commissions.
• Close new customers by establishing relationships and negotiating prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
