Total Quality Logistics (TQL) invites you to join its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati, offering hands-on training, relocation support, and a fast track to leadership. You'll start with six months of direct training from seasoned Logistics Account Executives and work to build your own book of business.

You will learn negotiation, carrier sourcing, and daily operations while earning a base wage with a sign-on bonus and housing allowance.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Participate in hands-on and virtual training sessions.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business and meet sales metrics for commission eligibility.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
