Total Quality Logistics is seeking candidates for its Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. Training with top brokers, then relocation to one of 60+ offices nationwide, with base salary, sign-on bonus and housing allowance.

Progression includes an uncapped commission structure and potential six-figure earnings after three years. Expect six months of hands-on and virtual training, building a solid book of business, and a clear leadership track.

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs, find carriers for time-sensitive freight and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Establish relationships to close new customers and expand the book of business.
