SIXT’s 1ST GEAR! is a 12‑month Management Trainee program designed to fast‑track your path to a real leadership role.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience, take on responsibility, and be placed into a leadership position in the United States after completion. You’ll explore Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management while receiving training in communication, conflict resolution, and problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience in Sales, Customer Service, Tourism, Hospitality and Management.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proactive and independent work style with ownership.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% within the United States; not fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Take on responsibility early in the 12‑month program and support achievement of operational goals.
• Gain insights into Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Management, and Performance Management and pursue clear learning goals.
• Work in day‑to‑day operations from day one, across sales to fleet operations, with training in communication and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with Branch Managers and Area Directors to learn leadership on the job.
