Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a General Manager for our Kent, Ohio location. You will oversee all store operations, drive sales and profits, and guide the Restaurant Management Team through performance and training initiatives.

This role requires early morning starts and open availability to match scheduling needs. Ideal candidates have at least one year of restaurant/retail/hospitality management experience, strong guest service skills, and a focus on detail.

Qualifications

• Strong team leadership and guest service skills.
• Willingness to start shifts early and adapt to schedule changes.
• Ability to manage store operations and execute local marketing initiatives.
