Job summary

Dunkin’ in Strongsville, OH, is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the management team, and drive sales and profitability. You’ll guide local marketing efforts and ensure exceptional guest experiences from open to close.

You’ll mentor staff through performance reviews and training programs, maintain high standards of service, and manage operations with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications
