Job summary

Dunkin’ is seeking a General Manager in Brimfield Township, OH to oversee daily store operations and drive sales and profitability. You will lead the Restaurant Management Team, ensure guest satisfaction, and coordinate marketing efforts to grow the business.

Ideal candidates bring restaurant/hospitality management experience, strong team leadership, and a passion for training and development. On-site role with early-morning shifts required.

Qualifications

• You have at least one year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
• You are 18 years of age (or higher).
• You know what it takes to be in the smile-making business and have exceptional team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

• From local store marketing to achieving sales and profit goals, you’ll help Dunkin’ run on Dunkin’.
