Job summary

Dunkin’ in the United States is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and guest satisfaction, and lead the restaurant management team.

You’ll be responsible for local store marketing, training initiatives, scheduling, and maintaining high standards for service and cleanliness.

Qualified candidates have at least one year of restaurant or hospitality management, can start at 4 am, and are committed to excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant/retail/hospitality management experience.
• 18 years or older.
• Strong team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations and contribute to local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Lead the Restaurant Management Team and staff through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
