Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in Ohio is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager with daily restaurant operations and shift coverage. You’ll help drive store performance, coach team members, and assist with local marketing initiatives to reach sales and profitability targets.

You’ll need at least six months of retail, restaurant, or hospitality management experience, be 18 or older, and be ready to start early with a 4 am shift and flexible availability.

• At least six months of management experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Strong time management and guest service skills required.
• Willingness to start at 4 am and maintain open availability.
