Job summary

Dunkin’ is hiring a General Manager to oversee daily operations at our North Olmsted location. You’ll drive sales, manage the restaurant team, and support training, engagement, and performance initiatives to deliver excellent guest experiences.

You should have at least one year of restaurant/retail/hospitality management, be 18+, and demonstrate strong team leadership, attention to detail, and guest service. Prepare for early starts and maintain open availability for scheduling needs.

Qualifications

• At least one year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
• 18 years of age or older, per applicable law.
• Strong team management, attention to detail, and guest service skills.
• Willing to start early, with a 4 am shift availability.
• Able to maintain open availability for schedule changes or variations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Management Team and staff through performance, engagement, and training initiatives.
• Contribute to local store marketing and ensure exceptional guest experience.
