Job summary

Dunkin’ Donuts in Bainbridge Township, OH seeks a General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage cost controls. You’ll coach the Restaurant Management Team and frontline staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will oversee local store marketing, profit goals, and daily operations, starting with early shifts and ensuring a high standard of guest service and team engagement.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, or hospitality management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Available to start early shifts, including 4 am.
• Open availability to accommodate schedule variations.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall store operations and performance.
• Lead local store marketing to achieve sales and profit goals.
• Support Restaurant Management Team and staff through coaching and training initiatives.
