Qualifications

• Previous logistics or transportation experience.
• 3PL, freight brokerage, expedite, or time-critical transport experience.
• Experience working directly with customers or managing customer accounts.
• Able to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adjust quickly when circumstances change.
• Quick learner who can pick up new systems, customers, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned expedite customer accounts.
• Manage customer requests, quotes, shipment updates, and day-to-day account needs.
• Track freight from pickup through delivery and provide proactive, timely updates.
• Coordinate with carriers, drivers, and internal Operations teams to keep shipments moving.
• Respond quickly to changes, delays, missed appointments, capacity issues, and other shipment challenges.
• Problem-solve in real time and communicate solutions clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate shipment details, notes, and updates within our TMS.
• Build strong customer relationships through reliability, responsiveness, and follow-through.
• Look for opportunities to strengthen and grow existing customer accounts.
