Total Quality Logistics invites high-potential graduates to join the Fast Track Sales Program in Cincinnati. You will relocate for six months of hands-on training with top brokers, gaining real responsibility and earning potential through an uncapped commission model.

After training, you can grow your book of business, pursue leadership roles, or relocate to one of TQL's 65+ offices nationwide. This is an in-office, high-energy opportunity designed to accelerate your career.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive 6 months of direct training from experienced Logistics Account Executives.
• Help your account executive solve customer needs and manage daily operations.
• Develop negotiation skills through prospecting and cold calling.
• Build your book of business.
• Establish relationships to close new customers.
• Negotiate prices with customers and carriers.
• Resolve freight issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
